Driver Referral Program Terms

• Referrers must be 18 or older.
• Anyone can refer a CDL driver to Trucky, except that self-referrals are not allowed.
• The referred driver must be hired through Trucky and must not have applied with us in the last 12 months.
• Trucky employees cannot earn referral bonuses.
• Fraudulent or duplicate referrals are void.

• The referral bonus is paid only after the referred driver completes 30 days of work with the carrier.
• The bonus is paid within 14 days after the referred driver's 30th day.
• The bonus amount is listed per job and may differ between jobs.
• If the referred driver leaves or is let go before completing 30 days, no bonus is due.

A completed W-9 form is required before any referral payment is made. We issue a Form 1099-NEC when required by tax rules.

Trucky can change or end the referral program at any time. Referrals already submitted before a change are handled under the terms in effect when they were submitted.
