Trucky ("we", "us") is a driver recruiting service operated by EvLuna LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801. We recruit experienced CDL-A truck drivers for US trucking companies (carriers) and pre-screen drivers before submitting them to a carrier. Drivers never pay us anything; the carrier pays Trucky. The carrier makes the final hiring decision and runs the official MVR, PSP, Clearinghouse and drug test checks.

From drivers, we collect:

• Contact details: name, phone number, email address, state and ZIP code.
• CDL and work history: CDL class, years of experience, driver type, preferred routes, endorsements and equipment experience.
• Driving record answers you give us, such as accidents or moving violations in the last 3 years, and your drug and alcohol testing history answers.
• Your preferred contact language and your availability or start date.
• The consent you gave, together with its time stamp and the page where you gave it.
• Documents you choose to upload.

From carriers, we collect company and contact details needed to present job openings and manage the recruiting relationship.

• Forms on our website.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) lead forms.
• Phone calls and text messages with our team.
• Referrals from drivers and partners.

When you visit our website we automatically collect your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, referring URL, ad click identifiers (such as fbclid and gclid) and cookies, as described in the Cookie Notice.

• To match drivers with driving jobs that fit their experience and routes.
• To contact drivers about applications, job openings and scheduling.
• To submit qualified drivers to the carriers they agreed to be submitted to.
• To operate, secure and improve our website and services.

A driver's profile is shared only with the carriers the driver is submitted to. We do not sell personal information.

We use service providers to run our business: our CRM (GoHighLevel), our SMS provider, our website hosting, and analytics and advertising platforms. Analytics and ad platforms receive hashed contact details, event data and technical data such as IP address, browser, pages visited and ad click identifiers. They never receive driving record answers or documents.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

We send optional text messages only to drivers who gave consent. See our SMS Terms.

We use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Ahrefs Web Analytics, Google Ads tags and the Meta Pixel on our website. Details and opt-out options are in our Cookie Notice.

Our team works from the United States and Serbia, and data is stored with US-based service providers. We limit access to people who need it to do their work.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may disclose data when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.

We keep driver and carrier data for as long as needed to provide recruiting services, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. When data is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

You can request access to your data, a correction, deletion, or ask us to stop texts or emails at any time. Use our privacy request form or email hello@drivetrucky.com. You can also reply STOP to any text message to opt out.

You can opt out of advertising cookies and pixels with the cookie banner or the Cookie settings link in the footer, and we honor Global Privacy Control browser signals as an opt-out.

Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
