  • Two-step apply: name + phone + CDL class first. Everything else after a recruiter calls back.
  • Mobile-first form fields. Big tap targets, autofill, no captchas.
  • Text-message follow-up within 5 minutes. After 30 minutes, response rate drops 80%.
  • Pay range, home time and equipment on the same screen as the form. Not 3 clicks away.
  • Spanish version. In most lanes, this alone adds 15–25% applications.
